a dental team, we are dedicated to the concept that

includes any necessary diagnostic x-rays, study models,
a thorough hygiene assessment, and oral cancer screening.
 Please inform our office if you have any of the following medical situations:
- artificial heart valves
- a history of infective endocarditis
- congenital heart conditions, repaired or unrepaired
- a cardiac transplant that develops a heart valve problem
- joint replacement surgery (i.e. hip, knee) in the past
two years
- are taking oral bisphosphonates (i.e. Boniva, Fosamax,
Actonel) usually for osteoporosis
- are taking blood thinning medicines (i.e. Coumadin,
aspirin)
With today’s concerns regarding sterilization, please know we
share your concerns and therefore follow the latest sterilization guidelines. If

Finances Regarding finances, our fees are payable at the
time of service. Our
practice is happy to assist you with the completion of any insurance
claim forms you may have. All fees, however, are the full responsibility
of the client. Our practice accepts cash, checks and major credit
cards.
